Me either now I see why they have a class action lawsuit.. we may as well jump on that band wagon bc mine is for 12,000 and they just lie and ik more than some of the agents bc I have been calling everyone doing the same thing

Correction to the above with my solution.  Detroit City Tax Form 5121 does not divide "E" by "D" correctly when both "D" and "E" are 0. "F" will be 100% when it should be 0%. Solution was to override Column "F" and change 100% to 0%.

Yes, of cause, the signed 8453 form is saved into my computer! But it has to be included into all other forms and submitted to IRS! It should be visible when I “preview “ the documents to be submitted to IRS, and be included within the “filing documents” I saved to computer. However in both places I can only see the unsigned 8453 form! How can I be sure or you can prove that you submitted signed 8453 to IRS? And, I was able to see the signed 8453 form in preview and the saved documents when using TurboTax in previous years!

Same , over 12k and I had to fill out this form with turbo tax,basically to get the money back to the irs and the irs cut me a check directly, was told it can take up to 14weeks, it was either that or I wait 8 weeks and turbo tax cut me a check through San Barbra (whatever the bank is called)  but then she said , she wasn’t sure if they still did that smh, I just said f it and filled the form out to get the process going .. this really suck and I have so much to do and things to pay .. 

Exactly I feel the same way I’ve been on thr phone missing work hours trying to locate my refund. My refund was for $17,000. I am livid and just sick. I will never use turbo tax again and I’ve always been a loyal customer

These websites have the most accurate and up to date information. I called them and you wont be able to get to anyone..they ask you for your social and all then the phone hangs up.i dont get why it's so hard for us to get our money. Everybody keeps saying turbo tax has it but they say cross river has it and I called then and couldnt get anyone either.i have been calling since the 25th and Noone can tell me where my money is.turbo tax will be hearing from a lawyer soon  and so will cross river for more than then 10 bands at that.this is messing with my mental making all these calls repeating the same thing
