I assume that the place TurboTax is trying to expand the install files to has some permission accumulated over the years blocking writing to that directory.  Nothing else is having that issue, so once installed I changed the settings back.   Saw the suggestions to install as a newly created user or on another machine which would have been very inconvenient! Just the mysteries of Windows, happy to find an old post with the work around that worked. 
Go to Federal>Deductions and Credits>Estimates and Other Taxes Paid>Other Income Taxes 
Go back to the W-2 section of the program and verify that it was entered.   Click on Federal>Wages & Income>Wages & Salaries (W-2), click on Revisit

Disk usage spikes to about 76%.   Brutal.

I made quarterly estimated tax payments to Minnesota. Where do I enter them? Currently, the system is calculating an underpayment penalty because I cannot find where to enter the estimated payments.

This is per eligible individual, meaning a married couple both over 65 could get $12,000. Important: This bonus deduction is temporary, lasting from 2025 through 2028. Income limitations: It phases out for taxpayers with modified adjusted gross income over $75,000 for single filers and $150,000 for joint filers. To enter partnership income from a K-1 in TurboTax Online Premium, follow these directions.   Down the left side of the screen, click on Federal. Down the left side of the screen, click on Wages and Income. Scroll down to S-corps, Partnerships and Trusts and click the down arrow to the right. Click Start / Revisit or Edit / Add to the right of Schedule K-1. At the screen Tell us about your Schedules K-1, click Start / Update to the right of Partnerships/LLC. Enter the K-1 information as requested. Dividend income is reported on the lines 6.
