There are guidelines that determine if they qualify.  They have not changed recently.   They should qualify If the child is A US citizen Lived with you,  You support the child They was younger than age 19  And they are your grandchild.  If all of these things are true, I suggest you go back through My Info and confirm the entry through the child's interview. Please check the IRS General rules for Dependents

The IRS  just opened on January 26 to accept/reject e-files.   Millions of e-files been waiting on the servers in "pending."   Start watching your emails now that the IRS is open.  Many e-files are on the servers so it could still take a day or two.  The IRS cannot accept all of them at the same time.          DID YOU E-FILE?   Did you e-file?   Did you go through all three steps of the FILE section and click a big orange button that said “Transmit my returns now?”     When you e-file your return you will get two emails from TurboTax.  The first one will say your return has been transmitted; the second one will tell you the IRS has accepted  or rejected your federal e-file.  If you filed a state return, there will be a third email (usually a day or two later) that tells you if the state e-file was accepted or rejected.   Check your e-file status:   https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

I looks like the tech team is aware of this experience and are working to resolve this issue.

Most of which I've paid with Estimated Tax Payments.  Yeah, I get it, but you can always make a payment WITHOUT filing a return and avoid penalties.   The 4th quarter estimated tax payment was only due 2 weeks ago; shouldn't be a huge amount (like $500-$600, which is not a lot based on not paying over $100k on time).

Review keeps showing my address is not complete on Form 5695. I have deleted the form and re-entered the information multiple times. My address shows on two other sections on the form, however, there is one section that will not keep the address. Review has me put in the address, but it will not stay. I go to the forms section to manually input the address and again it will not stay.  I've installed all updates and rebooted my computer. Is this glitch that will be fixed?
