I trade stocks for a living and have no withholdings. I intentionally did not make any estimated tax payments for tax year 2025. I did however make balance payments directly on the IRS website in February and March, on the following dates: Feb 9, Feb 24, Feb 25, Mar 3, Mar 4, Mar 6...total amounts of around $1.1M.    I cannot find anywhere on TurboTax online to enter these payments. These were NOT estimated tax payments since they were made after the Q4 deadline of 1/15/2026. On the payment activity page of the IRS website, they are coded as type="Balance Payment" and Tax Year=2025. When I go to "Income Taxes Paid" under "Deductions & Credits", none of the options (screenshot below) appear correct either (I did not file an extension, I did not have a 2024 refund, etc.).   Where do I input this information? Also, will turbotax automatically update my underpayment penalty to reflect the dates and amounts of these balance payments.
What should I do? I cannot sit whole day sting at few minutes wait.

@DaveF1006 6. On the "Which year on Form 1099-R" screen say that this is a 2025 Form 1099-R. Hi, Dave, you said to do this, on line 6, looking back at my 2024 Return, I goofed up and put 2024 instead of 2025. Will this cause an audit this year 2026 when they receive the real 1099-R from payer with 2025 on it? Do I need to amend 2024 return, Form 4852 Line 6 to year 2025? Just want to be extra sure. Thanks!
Setting was 100%, when I changed it to 125% content got larger, meaning Continue button was even farther out of reach.  Turbo live help told me to cursor the page down using the arrow buttons

Make sure you entered the number exactly as it is on your driver's license, including any spaces or special characters.  If you continue to experience issues, you can try the following and then enter the number again: Go out of your program and go back in. Clear your cache and cookies. Try a different Web Browser. Also if your state does not require you to enter your driver's license number, you can skip it and continue with your return.

If you receive your annuity in monthly payments then all payments are considered RMDs.   In TurboTax, you can answer that the whole sum received is RMD and that your RMD is equal to the total received.    This way, TurboTax will know that you have satisfied all RMD requirements.
You only enter the portion that was allocated to you, which should be what is on the K-1.

A State Tax Refund is taxable if you itemized deductions on your 2024  federal return and took a deduction for state income taxes instead of the sale tax.  You got a deduction benefit for it so now you have to include it as income. If you took the standard deduction it is not taxable and you don't need to report it and can delete it if it transferred over.
