Sorry it's too, late to start a 2024 or prior online return or use the mobile app, either on Turbo Tax or the IRS.  And too late to efile.   If you need to do 2024 or prior you can buy the Desktop download here, TurboTax 2022 Prior Year Tax Prep - File Past Years' Taxes You will need Windows 10 or Mac OS Ventura 13 or later to install 2024.   If you can't install the Desktop program or if you have a simple return and want to file for free, you can print out the blank IRS forms and fill them out by hand.   Here are some basic forms….. Here is the IRS 2024 Form 1040 https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/f1040--2024.pdf or if you want bigger type use 1040SR for Seniors, https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/f1040s--2024.pdf And 2024 Instructions https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/i1040gi--2024.pdf Sch 1 : https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/f1040s1--2024.pdf Sch 2 : https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/f1040s2--2024.pdf Sch 3 : https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/f1040s3--2024.pdf   2024 EIC and Tax Tables https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/i1040tt--2024.pdf Then when you do file 2025 enter 0 for the 2024 AGI since you are filing 2024 late. You have to print and mail prior year returns. When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return. Don’t forget state.
In the left-side menu, choose Tax Tools > Tools.  From the pop-up window, choose 'Save 2025 Tax File to Your Computer.'   @catdelta

Here are somethings you could try to resolve this:   Go to the banking screen, click on the routing number field, and hold down the Backspace/Delete key on your Mac completely to remove all data. Manually re-type the routing number—do not copy and paste. If this does not work: Switch to "Forms Mode" on your Mac Open the "Info Wks" Locate the banking section If the box looks yellow or contains characters like 123456789RoutingNumber, delete everything in that box Re-type only the 9-digit routing number.

there is definitely a turbotax bug here being denied nor fixed by intuit , regarding box 11,  where e-filing is blocked. this is my 10th year of a nonqualified plan via a w2 (or w2c) with no state ID and no state wages.  and this is the first year with this problem.   i am\have been a resident in a state with no income taxes. also have tried "NA" for state ID, and 0 for state wages, although this never match any of my nonqualified w2 received electronically by the IRS. it appears there is some interview conflation with a 457 plan, which i most certainly never had.   it goes without saying the sad decline in turbotax quality EVERY year.

This was the first time I had to use their service regarding any investments. I tried to use chat and the person that was helping me essentially hung up on me. She was not helpful at all and she essentially told me she would not help me. I doubt I will ever use this service ever again. It was not helpful at all, it took 3 more hours than it should have and it made me pay about 200 dollars more than I should have paid. I was lied to..

You read my response and yet, did not understand it.  You got to the 4th word and spun off on an unrelated, irrelevant tangent.   Apparently, you've been having a very bad day? week? at work. It's not going to get better between now and the 15th.   Take deep breaths and please stop taking out your stress on the customers.
If you Contact TurboTax Support and explain your situation, they should push you a download for the desktop product.   @MChwastiak1

Copied the following from the Help section of Turbotax Premier for Mac regarding form 3468 and required links to form 3800. "If your K-1 reports Investment Credit from multiple facilities, you should not link that K-1 as there is no way to differentiate which credit originates from which facility. In this case, you will fill out Form 3468(s) manually without using links. To link from a K-1 Partnership or a K-1 S Corp, establish the link on the Additional Information worksheet of your K-1." My K-1 S-Corp does have multiple facilities, so I followed the first and second sentences, and then get an error that I must link the forms as per sentence 3 above.  Correcting the error  doubles the credit because one "should not link that K-1..." Can anyone explain the contradiction in the quoted help above?

My daughter is a full time college student who went from being an undergraduate in May 2025, to a graduate student in August 2025. She had work study as both an undergrad and a grad student. The school sent her a W2 with her wages. My question: In Turbotax, it asks if her grants/scholarships were reported as income. Work study is a grant. She and I are working on her taxes as she is 25 and considered independent now according to TT - even though I still support her. She made about $9000 from working at school. How does she report it? Is it correct to say some of her grant was already reported as income? We don't want to get this wrong. Thank you for your help!
