Did you already e-file? If you have NOT e-filed you can go back to the income section and edit your entries.
If you already e-filed:
Did you click that big orange button that said “Transmit my return now?” If you did that, you cannot do anything to fix it yet. You have to wait for the email that tells you if your return was accepted or rejected.
Since the IRS will not begin to accept/reject returns until January 26, you are going to be waiting in “pending” for awhile. Your return is sitting on a server, where you cannot fix it or get it back.
You cannot change or add anything on the return that you just e-filed, nor can you stop it. It is too late, just like when you put an envelope in a US mailbox on the corner. The IRS does not allow you to take it back.
If you left out a W-2, a 1099G, or a dependent, or a 1099 etc…DO NOT change your return while it is “pending.” The changes will go nowhere.
Now you have to wait until the IRS either rejects or accepts your return. If your return is rejected, you will be able to go into your account and make the necessary changes to your tax return and re-submit your return.
If the IRS accepts your return, however, then you have to wait longer until it has been fully processed and you have received your refund. THEN you can prepare an amended tax return and e-file or mail it in. You have to be able to work from that return exactly the way it was when it was e-filed originally. You will need to use a form called a 1040X.
Meanwhile, DO NOT go in and start changing anything on your return in the system, or you will make a mess for yourself. Sit tight and wait until you see what the IRS does with the return you just e-filed
The Form 1040X you need becomes available in late February, But wait until your return has been processed.

This is what you say above:
i amended my 2023 tax return when i submitted electronically it was rejected because they wanted me to put in my pin i tried to go back and now it won't let me updated or efile again previous
Your own description that you amended in order to add an IP PIN is the source of the confusion. We cannot see any of your information or your tax returns, so we only have what you tell us to go on. We do not know if you finally successfully e-filed a timely 2023 return that needed to be amended for some other reason at a later time, or if you simply lack understanding of what amending a tax return means.
You can keep trying to e-file---likely with no success-- or you can print sign and mail your return.

I own a unit in a condotel at the base of a ski area. This is the first year I’ve rented it. The bookings have all been less than 7 days. The ski area maintains the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, advertises & obtains guests, collects monies, etc. for a substantial percentage of the rent collected. Which schedule? Turbo tax AI is giving conflicting advice, depending on how I phrase the situation.

No, most likely you cannot include Aflac insurance premiums in your medical deductions because Aflac policies normally pay a flat indemnity for hospital stays unrelated to medical bills.
The following is the wording shown in IRS Publication 502, on page 9: You can't include premiums you pay for policies that pay you a guaranteed amount each week for a stated number of weeks if you are hospitalized.

This is an issue for me. I uninstalled all C++ redist, rebooted. Started the installer, it asked to install 2022 C++ x64, installed. It tries to launch and never comes up. When I try again, I get the message the EXE file cannot be found, even though I am looking at it in the directory. Disabled ESET and MBAM with the same result. Something is definitely up. I redownloaded it and removed/reinstalled with the same results.

I've found instructions online to enter the car loan interest going to Deductions & Credits, then Cars and Other Things You Own. However I don't seem to have this available. The last item under Deductions & Credits is Other Deductible Expenses, and there is nothing there for the deduction. How can I get the amount entered for my return?

BTW, if you read the system requirements before you purchased the software, the fact that TurboTax desktop required Windows 11 was quite obvious.

H&R Block and TaxAct both support Windows 10, so you could try one of those programs.
