To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

There is no specific instructions at this time. However, I would take the steps to walk through it, not necessarily delete it, then file again.

I had filed a return for 2025 in which I asked that my refund be applied to my 2026 taxes. When I created an amended return using form 1040-X and wanted to apply an additional refund to the 2026 return, the value never changed to 0 in the top where it shows the refund and the printed version did not show that application either. The only way I could file the amended return now would be to select the Refund as the credit to my account.

I live in Oakland County and am filing a Detroit nonresident return.
My W-2 shows:
Box 18 Detroit wages: $116,184
Box 19 Detroit tax withheld: $1,394
In TurboTax I selected Working Days Allocation and entered 60 Detroit workdays out of 260 total workdays.
TurboTax says it should prorate Detroit wages on Form 5119, but my Detroit refund is still only $7, which suggests it is still taxing the full W-2 Detroit wages.
Should the allocation reduce the Detroit taxable wages automatically, or is there another step required in TurboTax?

The refund shown on the 2025 tax return does Not include any payment plan payments.
If you have a 2025 tax refund and you have not satisfied the tax debt at this time, the IRS will seize the refund and apply the amount to your debt. If there is any funds remaining after satisfying the debt the IRS will pay the remaining refund based on how you selected to receive the refund.

The trip qualifies as a business expense because it was the reason for the trip and rental business was conducted while you were there. This assumes most of your time was spent taking care of rental business. The standard mileage rate for 2025 is $0.70 per mile (or $0.725 in 2026) for operating costs. Separately, you can deduct business-related parking fees and tolls. Loan interest is deductible based on the percentage of business use. My advice is to add the second vehicle for the trip alone, you can always remove it by converting it to personal use next year if it isn't used again. The standard mileage rate carries a depreciation component and the recovery will be required if you sell or trade the vehicle used for this trip later on. Keep track of this deduction for future tax returns. IRS Publication 463 - Travel Expense Chart - Also see Chart 5-1. IRS Publication 527 - Page 5 All other allowable expenses for the trip should be entered on the Travel Expenses line in your rental. Entertainment would not be an allowable expense for this trip. Some meals will be allowed as indicated in the publication. Thank you for placing your confidence with TurboTax. @mobster27
