I did the February 26 update as well and it was rejected again.  I went thought the entired Wisconsin return manually and followed the instructions for schedule SB and they are correct.  I also researched online to make sure I was not making any other mistakes.  When I refiled it come back rejected again with the error code TY_WI_Retirement_V2_Narrow.  When I go back into Turbotax the proposed fix is to apply the February 26 update.  Are they planning on fixing the softeare again?

The Form 1040-X for amending a 2025 federal tax return is estimated to be available in TurboTax on 03/04/2026   Forms and schedules availability website - https://form-status.app.intuit.com/tax-forms-availability/formsavailability?albRedirect=true&product...   An amended return, Form 1040-X, can only be printed and mailed to the IRS if the original tax return was not e-filed. The IRS will take up to 20 weeks or longer to process an amended tax return. Before starting to amend the tax return, wait for the tax refund to be received or the taxes due to be paid and processed by the IRS. We lived together all year. I provided all monetary support. Neither of us is married. He made less than $5200. He is not disabled by government definition. He has a valid SSN. Cohabitation is legal in our state, which is not where we receive our mail. Cohabitation is also legal in the state we do receive our mail in. He is older than 24. Turbotax won't let me file as Head of Household. What gives?
My Wisconsin did finally go through, but TurboTax still shows it rejected and wants to e-file it again.  Anyone else seeing this in the desktop program?
Mne finally went through this morning. This year has not been a good one for TurboTax.

Hmm, now that 3,000 and the entire 8615D worksheet is gone.  I opened the return fresh this morning.  Not sure what's going on and certainly don't remember 3000 in additional earned income for my daughter.  Oh well, it's gone now.....

If your W-2 shows contributions to an HSA in Box 12, Code W, you need to step through the HSA section and complete the interview, which will ask about  the type of HDHP insurance you had each month.   TurboTax will then fill out the Form 8889 for you and you can resubmit your Efile.   Here's some info on Form 8889 to help you.   @Maxnmattie

You will need to file IRS Form 5329 (Additional Taxes on Qualified Plans (Including IRAs) and Other Tax-Favored Accounts)  to report the error and request a penalty waiver (for a missed Required Minimum Distribution (RMD)).   Step 2... Since you received the money in 2026, you will report that income on the tax return you file next year (in 2027), based on the 1099-R you will receive next year.   Step 1... You must file Form 5329 on your 2025 tax return to tell the IRS you missed the deadline but have since corrected it.   Enter Missed Required Minimum Distribution (RMD): Open or continue your return. Under Wages & Income, scroll down to the Retirement Plans and Social Security section. Select IRA, 401(k), 403(b) (Form 1099-R). Proceed through the interview screens (as if you have a 1099-R)... until you eventually see "Did you miss a required distribution from any retirement accounts?", and Select "Yes", and enter the amount you were supposed to take. Select "Yes" when asked if you "want to request a waiver" and provide an explanation. For example: My bank did not process the RMD distribution by Dec 31, 2025. Once discovered, the full RMD was withdrawn on [Date] to correct this shortfall.   On TurboTax Desktop (Forms Mode): Open or continue your return. Switch to Forms Mode (top right corner). Open Form 5329. Scroll down to Part IX (Additional Tax on Excess Accumulation in Qualified Retirement Plans). On Line 52, enter the RMD amount that should have been taken. On Line 53, enter $0 (since nothing was taken in 2025). On Line 54, enter the amount you want waived (the full amount) and click the Explanation box to provide your reason (on the Tax Smart Worksheet). Do not pay the penalty yet, if you are requesting a waiver.  The program will show $0 penalty on the final line of Form 5329. The IRS may grant a waiver for first time mistakes or bank errors.   If 2025 was the very first year you were required to take an RMD (you turned 73 in 2025), you actually have until April 1, 2026, to take it.

Thanks.    It would for sure help if this issue can be reported to TurboTax for further investigations. I actually tried another software tool and it didn't give me this issue and the tool allowed me to e-file at the end.
I filed my wi tax return from desktop version today Feb 27.   It was rejected yesterday but was accepted today so the software issue for retirement income exclusion issue was resolved
Home and Business edition, update on 2/26/26 caused this error. It was correct 2 days ago.
