The plan cost represents any amount that you contributed to the plan with after-tax funds. If you did not make any after-tax contributions, then your plan cost will be zero.
The plan cost may be reported on Form 1099-R in box 9b, but generally only in the first year that you receive a distribution from the plan. Your plan administrator may also be able to provide this information.
Without some sort of documentation for the plan cost, you will need to enter zero in that box if you are being asked to input something. This will make your distribution fully taxable, which is the most common situation.

The additional senior deduction enacted due to the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) is not reported as part of the standard deduction on your tax return. Instead, you will see it included on Form 1040 line 13b.
Amounts shown on line 13b can be traced back to Schedule 1-A line 38 where the total Enhanced Deduction for Seniors is calculated.
No, you do not need to itemize to get the additional deduction.

You should first check your W-2! If Box 14 has an amount labeled Qualified Overtime, you can enter it into TurboTax, and under Category select Overtime. This will carry it forward and include it in the Overtime deduction.
If you don't have an entry in Box 14 you will continue through the interview.
The heading will be Let's check for other situations.
A check box for overtime will be listed here. Check the box and continue the interview.
If your pay stub says Qualified Overtime, It is the premium portion of overtime and can be posted directly into the form.
If it says Total Overtime Pay.
The straight-time portion of overtime pay is not deductible, however,
The 50% premium is deductible.
To calculate the deductible portion of the overtime.
Take the total number and divide by (3).
This will be the 50% incentive portion of the overtime.
This is true regardless of what pay rate you were at.
Example
$1,500 Total Overtime Pay / 3 = $500
$500 is the premium portion of the overtime
You would post the $500 in the TurboTax interview,

Since you have already filed your return, then it is too late to make the change to include your additional Form 1099-R. You will need to wait until your return is either accepted or rejected by the IRS to know what to do next.
If it is accepted, then you should wait until you receive your refund so that the return has been fully processed. Then, you can amend the originally filed return to include your Form 1099-R.
If your return is rejected for some reason, that is actually good news. This means that you can go ahead and make the change to include the Form 1099-R before you re-file the return that was rejected. Then, no amended return is required.
If you do need to amend, take a look at the following TurboTax help article for instructions.

what balances are you referring to - your basis from prior years? there is a question whether you had non-deductible contributions / tracked basis in prior years, if you say Yes to that the next question will ask you to confirm your 2024 basis from the 2024 tax carryover or adjust it (see below). If prior year was wrong you also need to file an amended 8606 for 2024. there is a question for your 12/31/25 market value on your IRAs which is used on Form 8606 Line 6 which is triggered after inputting 1099-Rs. Turbotax will prompt you to use Form 5498s which is misleading as they don't come til May, IRS instructions are to use your year-end statements sent in January.

What's the TurboTax phone number?
With regard to your Social Security income not being taxed, if you answered the question about living in a certain foreign country with a 'yes' instead of 'no' after you entered your Social Security income, then the income would not be taxed and could cause the error on your return.
