You report your foreign dividend that same way you report a domestic dividend. Go to the Wages and Income section of TurboTax, then Interest and Dividends and chose Interest on Form 1099-INT (assuming you received interest income.) You don't need the 1099-INT form to make an entry there. You will have to convert your income to US dollars using an exchange rate. Use the prevailing exchange rate on the date you received the income to convert it to US dollars. If you actually received a foreign dividend as opposed to interest income on a bank account, you would choose the 1099-DIV form entry.

It is not available 2/18/26, I think it might be available 2/25/26 according to the Intuit app tax form availability.

Sounds like something got stuck. You can try these things:
Log Out Completely: Before doing anything else, click Sign Out in the TurboTax menu.
Clear Cache and Cookies: This removes old, "corrupted" data that might be confusing the website.
Use an Incognito (Private) Window: This is the most effective "quick fix" because it launches the browser without any saved history or extensions (like AdBlockers) that often interfere with tax forms.
Check Pop-up Blockers: TurboTax often opens forms (like the 1099 PDF) or payment windows in a separate pop-up. Look at the right side of your address bar for a small icon with a "red X"—click it and select "Always allow pop-ups from Intuit."
Restart the Browser: Close all open windows of your browser entirely and then reopen it.
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.

@t_c_stephenson Utah???? If so, then you need to delete that number entirely. Then click in another box Then click back in the number block and make sure the final three characters are in lower case ...like "wth". ________________ Another person who uploaded a picture of their form, found that the A.I.s "interpretation" of the picture also included UT at the start of the number... in the number field....the UT must only be in the separate two-character state field.

Importing into TurboTax depends entirely on whether you are using the Desktop version or the Online version.
The Desktop version is the only one that supports a direct "file import" using the .TXF format.
Step 1: Export from Deductible Duck
Log in to your Deductible Duck account.
Go to the Tax Reports section and select Export for TurboTax (.TXF).
Save this file to your desktop.
Step 2: Import into TurboTax
Open your tax return and go to the File menu at the very top.
Select Import > From Accounting Software (or From TXF Files on Mac).
Select Other Financial Software (TXF file) and click Continue.
Browse for the file you just downloaded and click Import Now.
Important: Only "Items" and "Money" donations import this way. Mileage and Stock donations must be entered manually because the old .TXF format doesn't support that data.
TurboTax Online does not support importing .TXF or .CSV files for charitable donations. You have to use the "Summary Method."
Step 1: Get your Summary Report
In Deductible Duck, go to Tax Reports and download the Donation Summary (PDF).
This report will group your donations by Charity Name and tell you the total value for each.
Step 2: Manual Entry in TurboTax Online
Go to Deductions & Credits > Charitable Donations.
Add a charity (e.g., "Goodwill").
Instead of listing every shirt, enter the Total Value from your Deductible Duck summary for that specific charity.
Keep the detailed Deductible Duck PDF with your tax records in case of an audit.

Here's how you can fix it:
Sign in to your account and select the Fix my return button. Follow any “fix it” instructions to update the information causing the rejection.
Note: Not all rejections will have explicit guides to fix the information. You’ll need to navigate to the program area to address the cause of the rejection.
Time-saving Tip: If what you originally entered is correct, you won't be able to e-file. There's probably a data mismatch at the government, a dependent that's already been claimed, or some other situation beyond your control that prevents your return from being e-filed. In this case, your only option would be to print and mail in your return. This article will give you instruction on how to print and mail your return.
Additional reject instruction here.
If your reject is due to last year AGI. The IRS uses your prior year AGI to combat fraud. Make sure you take into account the information below.
You can find your 2024 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) by:
Looking at line 11 on page 1 of your 2024 Form 1040
Requesting a transcript of your 2024 tax return from the IRS. You can request your transcript online at the following link: Get Transcript
Please click on this TurboTax article for more information.
Check these items as well to ensure you have the correct number. If you:
Filed late last year after mid-November or your return was processed after that time—try entering 0.
Amended your return last year—make sure you’re using the AGI from your original return, not the amended one. (If you only have a 1040X form, it’s on line 1, column A).
Rounded your AGI to the nearest dollar—be sure to round up when it’s 50 cents or more and down when it’s 49 cents or less.
Filed with your spouse last year—you and your spouse have the same 2024 AGI. (Don’t split the AGI amount or enter 0 for one of you).
Time-saving Tip: If what you entered is correct and you continue to get a reject, you won't be able to e-file. There's probably a data mismatch at the government, or some other situation beyond your control that prevents your return from being e-filed. In this case, your only option would be to print and mail in your return.
This article will give you instruction on how to print and mail your return.

Line 5 is not pulling the number from the 1099-R and is inserting an incorrect number in Line 5a. It should be zero because the 1099-R shows a rollover and no tax

Yes. If only you made gifts (your spouse did not), then leave that area blank.
