An IRS hold with this code can mean a few different things. You will receive a letter in the mail if they need additional information from you to finalize the processing of your return.   In the meantime, don't make any changes to your tax return in TurboTax.  There isn't anything you can do about the issue unless and until you receive a letter from the IRS asking for additional information.
You are correct, you will not be able to file your return until after March 6th.  We are currently working on an update for Form 5695.  There were some calculation errors that were getting fixed.
What do you think you signed up for?   The tax law changes passed in July 2025 affected a number of things---what are you trying to do?
I want to confirm that I entered the correct income withholding on my taxes. Also, how long does it normally take for the hold to be released

Are you trying to download a W-2 from the employer?  Or something else?  Please clarify.   In TurboTax Online, consider following these steps to import or manually enter an IRS form W-2.   Down the left side of the screen, click on Federal. Down the left side of the screen, click on Wages & Income. Click the down arrow to the right of Wages & Salaries. Click to the right of Wages and Salaries (W-2). Enter the employer ID from your W-2.  Select Continue. If the employer provides a W-2 download, enter the information to download the W-2. At the screen How would you like to add your W-2, you may upload a PDF, JPG or PNG of the W-2 or take a picture of the W-2 with a smartphone. You may also select Type it in myself to enter the form manually. See also this TurboTax Help.   Your tax-exempt Medicaid waiver payments from in-home supportive services (IHSS) may be reported on a W-2.  Follow the instructions outlined here depending upon how your W-2 is prepared.

I am completing my state taxes for Maryland.  In fixing the "errors" it is prompting me to:   Check this Entry Information Worksheet: Prior year tax must be entered.   Why did this worksheet not get populated from my previous year tax submission?  Where would I find this information to make sure I input the correct amount?

In order to qualify for TurboTax Free, specific requirements must be met.  Was your daughter paid as an employee with a W-2 form? If so, as long as she doesn't have any other credits that are not supported under the free edition, she should be able to use that program.   However, if she was paid as an independent contractor and paid on a 1099-NEC form, she would have additional forms (Schedule C and self-employment taxes) that need to be completed as part of her tax return.   Please see what qualifies as a simple tax return for TurboTax Free Edition for details on which returns would qualify.   @LDSmith
Thank you!

No, you don't need a corrected W-2. Report the amount from your W-2 Box 14, and select "overtime" in the dropdown category.   Later in the interview, you will be asked to confirm that the amount reported is correct. The interview will state your W-2 shows  $XXX  in overtime pay, but you can change it if the qualified overtime pay is different. Check the box I need to change this amount.   Note, only the "half" pay from time-and-a-half (the overtime premium) is deductible.  There is also an income phaseout (this starts at $150,000 for single filers and $300,000 for married filing jointly).   Here is an article you may find helpful: No Tax on Overtime Explained: Qualified Overtime Deduction Rules for 2025

My 1099-R is entered into TurboTax exactly as it is on the form.  My form shows State income tax paid, but no State Distribution.  Error check wants an amount in "State Distribution."  My State income tax is based on the amount entered on my 1040, so correcting the error will not change my taxes.  But, I don't want my filing rejected.  If I correct the entry, the entry will not match the 1099-R.  If I don't correct it, I will be filing my return with unresolved errors.  Which, if either, will cause my return to be rejected?  Am I better to fix it or not?
We are currently working on an update for Form 5695, which is the Form to calculate energy credits.  Due to this, you should wait until after March 6, 2026 to update and file your return.
