Yes, this has to do with an update to form 1116.  This return cannot be filed at this time due to a processing error that will be corrected on February 27, 2026. On or after this date, open the rejected return, review it for errors, and resubmit the return for electronic filing.   @Bingpot

It depends. If there is any withholding from some sources of your income this could be a factor in the calculation of estimated payments.    As you step through the screens answer any questions and you can choose not to print the vouchers if you decide you don't want them. Follow the steps in the link below. How do I print estimated tax vouchers? - Steps printed below for convenience. Open or continue your return. Navigate to the 1040-ES section: TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to the 1040-ES screen under Other Tax Situations. TurboTax Desktop: Search for 1040-es and select the Jump to link or, Go to Federal Taxes. Go to Other Tax Situations. Under Other Tax Forms, select Start or Update next to Form W-4 and estimated taxes You can always use the vouchers from the IRS and put in the amount you want to pay. Thanks.    I am using online Do It Yourself Premium.   There is no trashcan next to spouse's name. I didn't enter anything for my spouse. I deleted the "Personal Worksheet (Untitled)" form and I am still blocked by TurboTax to e-file.       After deleting the "Personal Worksheet (Untitled)" form below screen comes back again blocking me to e-file. Then I checked the "Delete a form" section again and this form is not even there anymore.
Yes, there was an EIN created for her estate. That is what the 1099-S form went to.  Do you know if this something that can only be filed on a desktop version?

"5 days early" means you are supposed to receive your federal refund from one to five days sooner than the refund date shown on the IRS refund site.   If it does not meet that "at least one day sooner" date, they are supposed to refund the $35 fee.   You have to pay attention to the date on the IRS refund site. You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2025 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:    https://www.irs.gov/refunds     FROM THE IRS WHERE’S MY REFUND SITE: https://www.irs.gov/wheres-my-refund How it works Where's My Refund shows your refund status: Return Received – We received your return and are processing it. Refund Approved – We approved your refund and are preparing to issue it by the date shown. Refund Sent – We sent the refund to your bank or to you in the mail. It may take 5 days for it to show in your bank account or several weeks for your check to arrive in the mail.

Thanks for replying. I guess I should clarify that I'm the grandparent, rather than student or parent, and I received the 529 withdrawal and then paid the college. I have a 1098-Q for the withdrawal and have a detailed invoice and a payment receipt from the college. Would I still enter the information in the 1098-T section since I wouldn't receive one from the college? Thanks again.

TurboTax does not give a reason why it shows that a vehicle does not qualify. Only later after I got that message did I find that I had mistakenly entered one digit wrong on my vehicle identification number. Otherwise my vehicle did meet all of the IRS criteria and when I corrected that digit, TurboTax accepted my information.
There was an EIN created for her estate, so the estate received the 1099-S. When completing the 1041 for the estate, will that prompt the Schedule K-1’s?
Same my SBPTG says issued last night but nothing for me yet. But we made it yall. Well almost
Are you also filing MI-1040 and if yes, how is your zip code formatted on that form?    Additionally, did you Clear Cookies and Cache?

You absolutely can.  You would amend your 2024 tax return and include a form 2210 and annualize your income using the TurboTax system tools.   Then you can file that amended return and pay the penalties shown (which should be less than the ones computed by the IRS) and you'll be all set.   If you want to be extra cautious, and pre-empt a possible future letter from the IRS, you can write a return letter to the address on your notice including a copy of the 2210 and letting them know an amended return has been filed.

The farm name is your name and the farm ID is your social security number (SSN). No special name or number are required. Report the income and expenses as normal on one Schedule F for all of the activities. See the information below for the CRP income as well.   These  conservation reserve program payments (CRPs) are taxable and depending on your specific circumstances may have to be reported on Schedule F, even though you are not operating a farm at this time. See the information here and at the IRS link. Unless the taxpayer is receiving Social Security retirement or disability benefits, CRP “annual rental payments” are includible in net income from self-employment subject to self-employment tax. Note: Payments that are for the permanent retirement of cropland base and allotment history are not includible in net income from self-employment subject to self-employment tax because they are for the sale of section 1231 property or a capital asset.  IRS CRP Payments and Self Employment Tax If you are receiving social security or disability you can report the income as follows (assumes it is not permanent retirement of the property).  Other Miscellaneous Income: Sign into your TurboTax Online account Go to Tax Home (left panel)  Wages and Income  section Scroll to  Less Common Income > Select  Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C Select Other reportable Income > Enter a description (----) and the amount If you are not receiving social security or disability at this time report it on Schedule F using the link below. What is Schedule F: Profit or Loss from Farming Select Wages and Income > Scroll to Rentals, Royalties, and Farm > Select Farm Income and Farm Rental Select 'I received agricultural payments on a 1099-MISC or 1099-G for my farm rental' as the income type Continue to enter your 1099-G completing the appropriate boxes for your income If the amount is greater than $400 there will be self employment tax calculated and included on your tax return. Please update if you have additional questions and we will help.   @daisycow72
