It depends. You may be able to deduct Medicare HMO premiums, even while working full-time, provided you itemize deductions on your federal tax return.    These premiums are considered qualified medical expenses.    However, they are only deductible to the extent that your total medical expenses for the year exceed 7.5% of your adjusted gross income (AGI).

I was taking it to mean that you did not have any schedule C income in 2025 and just wanted the form gone. Certainly I could have misunderstood and ParticiaV's more elegant answer is the ticket. I would only add to PatriciaV's, that if you had 2025 Schedule C income and have to enter expenses, and you used a vehicle in your business, then you will have (and will be asked about) that you converted the vehicle to personal use and get to calculate depreciation recapture for the vehicle. There is a nice post on that issue at: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/sale-of-personal-vehicle-i-used-for-business/00/3137272
I selected 1099-R, did not get to enter my income. What’s wrong here?

Yes, as a Maine resident, you need to report all wages earned, including gambling winning from other states. Massachusetts taxes gambling winnings, but only if your winnings are more than $8,000 or tax was withheld will you need to file a Massachusetts return. If you don't need to file in Massachusetts, just include the winnings on your Maine return and you do not need to do anything further.   If you won $8,000 or more and have to pay tax to Massachusetts, you can claim a Resident Credit for the taxes you paid to Massachusetts on your Maine return. This will prevent double taxation.
