You can change the email address associated with your account through your account settings.
Intuit uses a single sign in system for all Intuit products, so changing it here will also update it for any other Intuit products you use, such as QuickBooks or Credit Karma.
To Change Your Email Address:
Select Intuit Account located in the lower-left corner of your screen (near the Sign Out button).
On the Account Manager page, select the Sign in & security menu.
Select the Email address section.
Enter your new email address and then enter it again to confirm.
Enter your current password when prompted to verify the change.
Select Save.
Check your new email inbox for a verification link from Intuit and click it to finalize the update.
If you can't sign in at all, you can go to the Intuit Account Recovery page. This requires you to upload a photo of a government-issued ID to verify your identity.

To see the statements, here's how to get all the forms and schedules.
TurboTax Online:
Sign in to your TurboTax Account.
Scroll down to the "Your tax returns & documents" section.
Select the specific tax year you need (e.g., 2025).
Click "Add a State" (you aren't actually adding one, but this "unlocks" the return so you can access the Print Center).
In the left-hand menu, select Tax Tools > Print Center.
Select Print, save or preview this year's return.
The Key Step: Look for a checkbox or dropdown that says "Include government and TurboTax worksheets" or "All forms."
Click View/Print to generate the full PDF, which will now include every schedule (like Schedule C, D, or E) and the internal worksheets.
TurboTax Desktop:
If you used the software installed on your computer, you must open the specific program for that year (e.g., open the TurboTax 2024 app).
Open your saved .tax file.
Go to File > Print.
In the print window, select the radio button for "All forms and worksheets."
Choose "Save as PDF" to keep a digital copy with every detail.

If I understand correctly, you no longer want to use TurboTax.
If that's the case, we cannot remove you from the system.
Your ID and Password will protect you from others accessing your account.
You can however delete all of your information out of the file.
If you haven't filed your tax return, and want to start over:
Log back into TurboTax
Select an Item like Personal Info from the center listing
Then click on Preview/Edit or Continue
This will turn on the left side menu
In the bottom left choose Switch Products
Then select Clear and Start Over
If I misunderstood your question, contact us again with additional information.

If Form 8283 is not appearing in the Forms list on the left-hand side of Forms Mode, the error is being triggered by a "ghost" entry on a supporting worksheet or a data field in the interview that has not yet generated the formal government form.
In TurboTax Business Desktop, you must clear the underlying worksheet that feeds into Form 8283 to resolve the filing block.
The IRS requires Form 8283 when noncash donations exceed $500. If you haven't made any, a $0 or a stray character on a worksheet is the likely culprit.
While in Forms Mode, click the Open Form button at the top of the left-pane list.
In the search box, type Charitable Contributions Worksheet and select it.
Review the worksheet for any entries. Even a single character or a "0" in a field can trigger the requirement for Form 8283.
If the worksheet contains any data, click Delete Form at the bottom of the screen. This will remove the worksheet and should stop the software from looking for Form 8283.

My refund is well over the limit, and we have used the Pay with Refund option for years. This is the first year that it says not eligible. Is there a glitch? As when I talked to the customer service tax experts on Thursday last week they couldn't give me a reason on why it was not available.

I’m not being impatient I’m just confused because I’ve done my taxes with TurboTax since 2018 never had an issue I get my second email, saying accepted the same day or the next day and I always fall early every year last year I filed January 20 accepted the 21st. I never have to wait days for it to get and last year there was a massive of people that had issues with their taxes with TurboTax that didn’t get accepted nor sent to the IRS, I’m in the community here and I seen the TikTok videos. I never had an issue and I don’t wanna have an issue this year. It’s not about being patient is being precautious !

If your refund is enough to cover your TurboTax fees PLUS the extra “refund processing” fee of $40 ($45 in CA) and your forms are ready then when you are in the FILE section you can choose to have your fees deducted from your federal refund by a third party bank, who will take out your fees and send you the rest of your refund after the IRS issues the refund.
Please make note that if your refund takes too long to arrive (IRS delays, etc.) then you will also be agreeing that the TurboTax fees can be extracted from your bank account even before your refund is issued by the IRS. This comes as an unpleasant shock to many people every year.
If you can possibly pay your fees upfront using a debit or credit card, it will save you that extra fee and even more importantly, the possible aggravation and delays that are often the result of poor handling/poor customer service by that third party bank. We see way too many instances where refunds are delayed for months when users choose refund processing. There have been lots of complaints; there are a number of things that can go wrong when you use refund processing. I suggest avoiding that situation if at all possible.
And....you can never pay state tax due from a federal refund, so do not expect that. The state tax due has to be paid directly to your state.
What is Refund Processing Service?
How can I see my TurboTax fees?

When you enter your income info from Form 1099, we'll ask questions about your tips. If you qualify, TurboTax will apply the deduction.
Open your TurboTax Online return and use the magnifying glass to search for "1099-nec" then use the jump-to link to go directly to that topic under Wages & Income.
Since your 1099 forms don't show tips separately, use the summary worksheet to determine your total tips. Keep these records in case the IRS has questions later.
Additional Info:
What is the new tax law for tips?
How do I claim the new tips deduction if my employer didn't report tips in Box 7?

I understand that and that is why I am asking the questions. However, there is no place in the tax forms to indicate Medicate enrollment. How do I specify in TurboTax that he had both?

It works using the TurboTax online editions.
You need to wait for the Form 5695 to be finalized for the desktop editions. Should be either Wednesday or Thursday, 01/28 or 01/29.

The IRS officially began accepting and processing 2025 tax returns today, Monday, January 26, 2026. Since this is the opening day, a massive volume of returns that were submitted early are now flowing through the IRS systems simultaneously.
Sequential Processing: Returns are generally processed in the order they are received. Because millions of taxpayers submitted their returns over the last two weeks, the IRS "gate" is currently handling a significant backlog.
The "Received" Status: In TurboTax, the Received status indicates that your return has been successfully transmitted and is currently in the secure IRS queue. It has not yet been "Accepted" because it is waiting for its turn to undergo the initial automated validation check.
Your colleagues were likely part of the IRS Hub Testing batches. Every year, the IRS pulls a small number of random returns a few days early to test their systems. These returns are Accepted and even processed before the official opening day.
