I’m curious if our trust rents the farmland to a beneficiaries business is it considered a self rental for the trust on schedule E and subject to the self rental rules? What if it rents to an S corp in the trust? Self rental rule and code it as a self rental on the 1040E as well?

@xmasbaby0 Thank you for the reply. I should have been more clear. I'm just trying to "single-dip" appropriately at this point and correctly file my eligable expenses covered by the DCFSA. I am not seeking any additional deductions or credits. For evey year that I have had a DCFSA, and used it for childcare expenses, I have also filed form 2441 "Child and Dependent Care Expenses" listing qualified expenses for which I used the DCFSA funds. Turbo Tax has correctly identified that I have DCFSA contributions reflected in my W2, and provided a message in the income section of the application that I would be prompted to enter my eligable expenses in the Deductions & Credits section, but I was not. So I was looking for where I can enter these qualified expenses in the application, so they are reflected on form 2441 on my return.

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals. Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.

As stated above by Champ @Mike9241 , e-filing for 2023 is permanently closed. The only way to file your 2023 return is by mail. You have to print it, sign and date it in ink, and mail it in.
We do not know why your e-file was rejected. Most rejections are for AGI. You only needed AGI to e-file, so that no longer matters. If it was rejected for a duplicate use of a SSN, that was "un-fixable" and you would have needed to mail the return last year anyway.
So---at this point---file it by mail.
You will be able to access the 2023 return you started by using the exact same account and user ID that you used when you started it. But you can no longer use online software for any further changes.
Start a 2024 return online and enter some personal information so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.
Online tax preparation and e-filing for 2023 returns is now permanently closed.
Now it is too late to use online software or to e-file. If you have any changes/corrections at all to make to your 2023 return, you now have to complete it using desktop software, which you must download to a full PC or Mac (not to a mobile device). Then you need to print, sign and mail it.

If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.
They are available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time Monday - Friday

If you are getting a refund, there is no penalty for filing late. If you owe tax due, then file and pay the amount due as shown on the Form 1040, but expect a bill later from the IRS for the penalty and interest you will owe. Only the IRS will calculate this—TurboTax will not calculate it.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.

And....take note that the deadline to e-file your 2024 return is October 15, 2025. If you do not e-file by that date, the return will have to be filed by mail instead.

Although the inherited IRA is now maintained for your benefit, the inherited IRA is still an IRA of which your father was the participant, not your own IRA. As such, it is entirely independent of your own IRAs. Nothing about the inherited IRA goes anywhere on the Form 8606 used to report your own nondeductible traditional IRA contributions and Roth conversions. If your father had basis in nondeductible traditional IRA contributions, the taxable amount of distributions paid to you from the inherited IRA would be calculated on a separate Form 8606, a form that would have to be prepared outside of TurboTax. Otherwise, the taxable amount of any distribution from the inherited IRA is the entire amount of the distribution.

"And now that SSA is not taxed...." ---That is incorrect. The newly passed tax laws that go into effect for your 2025 tax return which you can file in 2026 did not make Social Security benefits non-taxable. Social Security benefits are still taxable if you have enough other kinds of income. That has not changed.
Up to 85% of your Social Security benefits can be taxable on your federal tax return. There is no age limit for having to pay taxes on Social Security benefits if you have other sources of income along with the SS benefits. When you have other income such as earnings from continuing to work, investment income, pensions, etc. up to 85% of your SS can be taxable.
Are you using a U.S. based bank or credit card to pay for TurboTax? You say that you live overseas and entered a U.S. address.

If you are paying for childcare with the pre-taxed money from a FSA, you cannot "double dip" and also get the childcare credit on your tax return. If your childcare costs exceed the amount you paid for from your FSA you can enter childcare costs under the child and dependent care credit.
Federal>Deductions and Credits>You and Your Family>Child and Dependent Care Credit
https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/taxation/child-dependent-care-credit/L8h8A5Klg_US_en_US?uid=m5yifys1
You will not get the childcare credit until (unless) you enter income earned from working. The credit does not work unless you enter your income first. If you are filing a joint return you must show income for both spouses, or show that one or both of you was a student or disabled. If you have self-employment income and show a loss you will not get the childcare credit. You will not get the credit if you are filing married filing separately.
If you have entered all of your income and you have entered your dependent(s) then work on the childcare credit by entering the Tax ID or Social Security number of your childcare provider and enter the amount you paid for the childcare.
One of the most common mistakes that messes up the childcare credit for people is listing all of the earned income under only one name on a joint return. Make very sure that your incomes are listed under each of your names. It’s pretty easy to check. Go to the Income section, and click “update” on Wages and Salary. That will take you to the W-2 Summary. Do you see income listed under both of your names?
The person receiving the care had to be 12 or under or qualified as mentally or physically disabled. To claim the childcare credit you need to be filing as Head of Household or Married Filing Jointly. (NOT married filing separately)
If your child was born in 2024 make sure you say the child lived with you all year. The credit is a percentage of your expenses based on your AGI (the higher the income, the lower the percentage) You must provide the Social Security number for each child you are claiming, and the Social Security number or Tax ID for each care provider.
In the case of divorced or never-married parents—only the custodial parent can use the childcare credit.
And remember that the childcare credit is a NON-refundable credit. It can reduce your tax owed down to zero, but it is not added to your refund.
