Thanks for the tips @mesquitebean. I tried using my phone number to recover possible accounts as you suggested, and on a browser that I rarely use to avoid cached data, but I can see only one account (with 1 email address) associated with that phone number. So that doesn't seem to explain why some products are missing in my Products page.     @mesquitebean wrote: When their are gaps in the product years like that, it's possible that you may have more than one online account without realizing it.   Here's how you can check:   You can have up to 5 accounts that use the same email address for notification purposes.  A User ID may be an email address, but it doesn't have to be.  It might be only part of an email address, or it can be anything at all.   To get a list of your User IDs, reset password, and recover account access, etc., you can use the tool at the link below.  When using the Account Recovery tool, try using your phone number first if you can still access it.   After that, if necessary, then run the tool on your email address(es) you can access.

Hello. We e-filed a 2024 Form 1120S (our first time doing a corporate e-filing) and received an e-mail stating it was submitted to IRS and another e-mail the next day that it was accepted by IRS. My question is where can I find the "Electronic Postmark-Certification of Electronic Filing" for this 1120S in Turbo Tax that would show the exact date and time the return was e-filed? For example, when we had e-filed a 2023 Form 1040 last year, this specific certification was printed with our official tax return as well as with other returns with supporting worksheets, etc. However, I cannot find this certificate or something similar to it anywhere in the system. Thank you for your time.

Thank you so much.   What I am asking is that if the trust does not distribute the capital gains and the trust distributed all the income (simple trust) and  has no income kept within the trust it's capital gain rate would be 0% and it would have to pay nothing, because it would be in the 0% tax bracket and below the next tax bracket?

@etheric333   If you owe tax due, you have to pay it yourself by the filing deadline on April 15, 2025 or you are subject to late filing penalties and interest.      If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.    https://www.irs.gov/payments     https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-payments/help/how-can-i-pay-my-federal-taxes/00/26212     https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-payments/help/how-do-i-pay-my-irs-tax-due-with-a-check-or-money-order/00/26403      To apply for a payment plan with the IRS   Apply Online for a Payment Plan     You must pay your state tax due using the state’s preferred method of receiving payment.  For most states that will be by making a payment to the state’s own tax website, or by mailing a check or money order.     https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/state-taxes/contact-state-department-revenue/L9qVToi02_US_en_US?uid=m6e06um0   WHAT IF I CANNOT PAY MY TAX DUE? https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-payments/pay-taxes/L8aQBCpPO_US_en_US?uid=m9iryksw

@kelseaparker16 Once you file your tax return, TurboTax is finished.   TT gets no information from the IRS or your state after you file.   It is up to you to track your own refund on the IRS or state refund sites.   First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:  https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/   Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. PDF or paper copy  (or IRS transcript) of your originally filed tax return is required to amend properly. The Schedule C will show the expenses you deducted. You reenter those the best you can.   IRS will give you paper copy of prior returns for a $43 or $30 fee, depending on which webpage you look at. It's not clear how long you will wait for it. @sept031989
Yes, if you owe less than $25,000 in California taxes, you can apply for a payment plan. See California Tax Payment Plans.

If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees from your federal refund then your refund goes first to a third party bank.   That bank takes out the fees you owe to TurboTax, sends it to TT, takes the "refund processing fee of $40 ($45 in CA) for itself, and sends the rest of the refund to your bank account.   How can I see my TurboTax  fees?    https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/intuit-account-billing/review-fees-turbotax-online/L1XnIzgzg_US_en_US?uid=m682vq7k   What is Refund Processing Service?     Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.    You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com      Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities.  There is no rule as to which one will come in first or how long it will be between their arrival in your account.   TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.  “21 days”  is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS.      First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:  https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/   Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Yes, indeed. Amazon keeps your purchased digital products as long as your account is active. Costco had a better promotional price, but it's not worth the troubles that I went through.
