You should be able to continue your return even though it says "Needs Review". ‌To do this, click on "Continue" at the bottom of your page. You should still be able to proceed to e-file your return. ‌   Prior to e-filing, TurboTax will run a "Smart Check" of your return(s) and will bring attention to any errors that may prevent e-filing. ‌The program will prompt you to make any necessary changes needed to e-file your return.   If this issue has not been resolved, please come back to TurboTax Community with any additional information or questions you may have and we will be glad to help you.

I've tried your suggestion; however, the choice give is 1. Yes I received Form 1095-A, and 2. No, I didn't receive Form 1095-A. If I select that "I" received form 1095--A, then it takes me to fill in the numbers as though "I" received the form when in actuality my Mother received the form and I am listed on it. It doesn't allow me to state that my mother received the form, not me.   If I select 2. No, I didn't receive Form 1095-A, then it blows through to the next topic after cautioning me to wait for MY form.   I need a choice like:  No, I didn't receive Form 1095-A; however, I am listed on my parents form 1095-A, and need to input the data from that form and the percentage allocated to me.   Thanks in advance for any, and all, help.

No, not for tax year 2024.  Form 1099-K is new, so the reporting regulations are sure to change, but as of now, you can split the income up without any statements or notations.
