And...any refund for 2020 has been forfeited. Even if the tax form shows a refund, the IRS will not pay it. If you owe tax due for 2020, it is owed with late filing penalties and interest that have been adding up for several years and which will continue to add up until paid.
TurboTax no longer provides nor supports the software for 2020. There may be other software providers who have 2020, or you can use the forms to prepare by hand.
Paper forms to prepare by hand:

Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line. So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead. Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment". Then press 3 "for all other questions." Then press 2 "for all other questions." - When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything. - After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions. Then press 3 for all other inquiries It should then transfer you to an agent.

Just so you know ahead of time---any refund shown on your 2020 tax return has been forfeited and you will not receive it. It is too late. If you owe tax for 2020, it is owed with late filing penalties and interest that will continue to add up until you pay.
If you have not paid your TurboTax fees, you have to pay the fees before you can print the return.
You will be able to access the 2020 return you started by using the exact same account and user ID that you used when you started it. But you can no longer use online software for any further changes.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

We cannot see your information or your tax return, and you have not explained who owes back taxes. Are you marrried to someone who owes the IRS or the state? Did you file a joint tax return with them? If so, the IRS can seize your whole joint refund for his back taxes. One way to avoid that is to file as an "injured spouse" so that you can keep the part of the refund that is based on the income you worked for. Or you can file separate tax returns so that only his refund is seized. But filing separate returns entails some other disadvantages like losing earned income credit and certain child-related credits like childcare credit or education credit.

Note: Using the injured spouse form delays your refund for at least 14 weeks.

Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take four months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.

You misunderstood. Federal and state tax returns are processed by completely separate entities. It is not possible to pay a state tax due from a federal refund. The only thing you can pay from your federal refund is your TurboTax software fees----if you choose "refund processing."
The “summary” given to you by TurboTax must have confused you. That summary just nets out the difference between a refund you are getting and an amount you owe. Or it adds two refunds or tax “due” amounts together.
The federal and state treasuries are completely separate from each other.
Your state tax due cannot be paid from a federal refund.
And….your federal tax due cannot be paid from a state refund.
Neither refund can be used to pay the amount due to the other one.
If you owe tax due, you have to pay it yourself by the filing deadline on April 15, 2025.
If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.

You must pay your state tax due using the state’s preferred method of receiving payment. For most states that will be by making a payment to the state’s own tax website, or by mailing a check or money order.

I received my refund a month ago roughly, more than now. I figured I would have to pay my state taxes today, but recently I reevaluated my refund on turbo tax and it is clear that my state tax was taken out of my refund. The issue is that I was just charged the state tax from Louisiana revenue this morning to my bank account despite my refund clearly having the same amount taken from it.

I contributed $7500 towards my 2024 Roth IRA in Feb 2024 expecting that I would have the income to be eligible for it. At the end of the year (first week of Jan 2025) after I realized that I would not be eligible for it I had Schwab (where my Roth IRA account is held) remove the entire $7500 and the gains I had upto then as excess contributions. However, I still received the Form 5948 from Schwab in May 2025 showing that I had contributed $7500 towards Roth for 2024. I am yet to file my 2024 returns as I have filed for an extension. My questions is - How do handle this on my 2024 tax returns ? Should I simply report $0 as my Roth IRA contribution since the excess was removed within the allowed period ? Or is there a form in TT to report the inital $7500 contribution and then the removal of it as an excess contribution ? I am aware that I will recieve a 1099-R in 2026 for the gains/interest earned and that I will need to amend my 2024 returns at that time. Thanks

Thanks @JotikaT2 for this excellent clear answer. The boxes for years 2021, 2022, 2023 were already populated (correctly), so there was nothing for me to enter. I was expecting same boxes for 2024 but apparently TurboTax automatically determines those values and whether anything from prior years could be used. Upon checking the Forms view (Sch B Form 1116, 1116 Comp Wks), I see that indeed this is the case: FTC for tax year 2024 is again maxed out, so nothing from prior years could be applied.
