I use Turbo Tax every year. I pay for SELF EMPLOYED PREMIUM, AND GET THE EXTRAS AS WELL. IT SAYS I WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS EXPERT HELP AS PART OF WHAT I PAY FOR, BUT I HAVE NOT YET BEEN ABLE TO REACH ANY LIVE PERSON. AS A RESULT MY EFILE FEDERAL WAS REJECTED ITS FIRST TIME. I HAD TO REFILE IT, AND STILL COULDNT REACH ANYONE. BUT I STILL AM PAYING FULL PRICE. CAN I GET A REFUND? Or Discount?

We cannot tell what software you are using because it is not showing up here in the user forum. Are you saying that you paid for the Self-Employed Live software online? The one that includes live expert help from a CPA?
You say that your e-file was rejected the "first " time...and that you had to re-file it. Was it accepted when you re-filed it? Or do you still need help to get the return filed?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
