Why do you think it hasn't been received?

You can check that your return was received by the taxing authority using these instructions: Check the Electronic Postmark of your Return. Pay close attention to the separate lines for Federal and State. They are separate statuses.

I usually receive communicatioin from Turbo Tax when return is filed and this year, all I received was a response to the audit defense I purchased.  I called Oregon Dept of revenue  and they told me they do not have it.  And, the feds haven't taken their payment from my bank yet either.  What can I do?

@Joe_F See this TurboTax support FAQ for checking the status of an e-filed tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/electronic-filing/check-e-file-status/L9...

What is the status of the federal and state tax returns?

Yes, you need to sign in to your TurboTax account and make sure your state return was submitted and accepted.

Here's how to do that:

  1. Sign in to your TurboTax account.
  2. Check your return status on the first page. You should see a status for your federal return and a separate status for your state. If your state return status is anything other than Accepted, select Pick up where I left off, Fix my return, or Review.
  3. If you see Fix my return, that means your return was submitted, but it was rejected for e-file. Follow the on-screen directions to make your corrections. If you get a message you don't understand, post it here and TurboTax can help you further.
  4. If you status is Started, select State from the left menu, then State Review to begin the state review process. Address any details that come up. Once the Review is completely clear of details, Continue through the screens to do your final review, and e-file the return.
