maximize refund using W4

my wife and I both work - I make just shy of $200k/yr and she makes about $50k/yr. How do we’re fill out our W4s so we don’t pay taxes and get the biggest refund possible? We file jointly. We have four boys but they’re not dependents as they’re all adults and self-sufficient. I get that this is an interest free loan but I’d rather not pay anything.

Another way to maximize withholding is to enter married filing separately in Step one of W4, this will not affect your tax filing you will still file jointly at tax time. Also check the box in step 2c. It shows your income is not the only income coming into home.
