I need to file my 2017 return to get my AGI number. I was also charged fees for my 2018 return and should have qualified for the TurboTax Free File.

I filed with TurboTax for 2018 and was charged fees.  I should have qualified for the TurboTax Free File program.  My 2018 return was also rejected because I didn't have an AGI number.  I need to file my 2017 return to get my AGI number.  I'm not shure if I started my return with Turbo TAX in 2017 or not.  Thanks,

If you have not already filed your 2017 tax return, your AGI is $0. 

This is the number to report to efile your 2018 tax return.

To prepare your 2017 tax return now, you must use a desktop program for which there is a charge. You will prep, print and mail because the IRS does not accept prior returns for e-file.
