How to add HFD to Line 4B?

TurboTax does not support trustee-to-trustee transfers from a Roth IRA to a Health Savings Account.  How do I enter this transaction?  Can I add HFD to Line 4B?

You will indicate the distribution was an HSA contribution after you enter your 1099-R.   After entering the form, you will be asked what you did with the money.    When you answer I did something else with it, TurboTax will ask you if it was contributed to an HSA.   That is all you have to do to get TurboTax to add HFD to line 4b of your Form 1040.   Where do I enter a 1099-R?
