You will not be considered married for federal tax purposes, so you will need to file as single or head of household if either one of you qualifies for that. You can't file as head of household based on your domestic partner, however. You would have to support a dependent.
You may be able to receive an "Other Dependent" credit if one of you supports the other and the one supported earns less than $5,050 in 2024. You can learn more about that in this IRS article: Other dependent credit
