I am retired (age 70) and make jewelry, as a hobby, to sell at craft shows. At what age do I no longer have to report or collect taxes from craft shows?

Age has nothing to do with whether you need to file or pay tax. You could have a filing requirement if you are an infant or 100 years old. Whether you need to file a tax return or pay tax is based on how much income you received and what kind of income it is.
Who has to file?

@shepunch Again---age is not a factor--at all. But I wonder if you are actually just confused about whether the income you are receiving is "hobby" income or if it is self-employment income. That is what you must determine in order to see if you should be preparing a Schedule C for business expenses and if you should be paying self-employment tax for the income you receive from your craft sales.
