If you like to get the prepaid Card then, simply select the Turbo® Visa® Debit Card when TurboTax askes how you’d like to receive your tax refund. Be sure to review the Cardholder Agreement for fees and terms.

Can we not order the cards now? When I try to order my card before filing taxes like right now, it won't let me log in and to to make a new account you have to have a card number…. How do I get a card now now? I even called and they said to buy one at the store but I thought I had to have a special Turbo tax card not just a regular green. card?

You should be able to select the Turbo Visa Debit Card option in the Your refund info step of the File section. If you have already filed, you will not be able to go back to select it.

@San2020 are you referring to the Turbo Visa Debit Card? If so, these are the steps you can take to get the card:

You will need to select the Turbo Visa Debit Card when asked how you would like to receive your refund.
Sign up for the card online.
Look for your card to be delivered in 5-10 business days.
Activate your card
Once the IRS approves and disperses your refund, the funds will be loaded to your card.

If you have any questions or need assistance with your Turbo Prepaid Visa Card, visit TurboPrepaidCard.com or call toll-free at (888) 285-4169. Do not choose option 2. The recording will repeat a few times, but then you will get more options.

If you lose your card or believe it to be stolen, log in to report it lost/stolen. We will cancel your current card, transfer the remaining balance to a new card, and then mail it out to the address on file. A lost/stolen card replacement fee applies. Your Turbo Prepaid card should arrive in the mail within 5-10 business days. If it has been longer than 5-10 business days, please contact Turbo Prepaid Visa at (888) 285-4169. You can also report your card lost or stolen through this link.
