I have a new computer and need to download and install 2022 TurboTax. I have the original purchase email with the code. It is associated with my email. I login in to this account. It shows products

: TurboTaxTY2022 TurboTax Desktop Efile Individual DIY State, ...

This is the message I get when I try to download: This license code has already been associated with an account. Please check that account and look for it in Downloads.

Where did you buy the software? Neither Intuit nor Amazon display anything like what you posted (above).

Did you originally install it on the first computer? How? With a CD?

There is a problem if you first installed the CD. It doesn't connect you to an account you can find. You have to call in and ask for the download and a new License Code. Hopefully you get a customer service person who know about it.
