I just did now. I keep a password book, but over the years the passwords get mottled. There is usually a I forgot password under the email address request. Turbotax uses our email address which is a big help, since you had to put it last year on your 2022 form. Turbotax also uses phone number too. Which is again on your 2022 form. Turbotax uses two step verification which are both your email and phone number, so chose the phone number option. If your email has changed.

You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Start a 2023 return online and enter some personal information so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.
