I don’t think it says both “Refund” and “Due” together.  It’s should be either one or the other.  Where are you seeing it?  At the top in the monitor boxes?  Or exactly what does it say?

It says that in the monitor boxes.

No, that means you're getting a refund.

@IRS REFUND DUE Your account does not use the words "tax refund due".   It will say "refund" or "Tax due"    --- it does not combine the words "refund" and "due" to refer to the same tax return.

If you are still confused then look at your actual tax return.  If you are getting a federal tax refund the amount of the refund will be shown on line 35a of your Form 1040.   If you OWE tax due to the IRS it will be shown on line 37.

All of the state forms are different so we cannot tell you what line to look at on your state form.  But it should be pretty apparent if you look over your tax form.   "Refund" means you get money back.   "Tax due" means you have to pay.
