I tried for the first time to file taxes electronically. In order to eFile my Colorado return, I had to purchase something for $25. I did that twice - once for me and once for my ex-wife, whose taxes I completed. All of our federal and Colorado eFiles were rejected, probably because in tax year 2019 we were married and filed jointly and this year (2020 tax year) we were divorced and filed as single. Thus, neither of our AGIs matched the 2019 number. My only alternative was to print the returns and mail them in. Therefore, both of the $25 purchases on my credit card are completely useless. I would very much appreciate a $50 refund. Thank you.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
The response DID NOT resolve my complaint. I was sent to customer support where I spoke to a very nice young lady who basically told me "we don't do refunds." When I questioned her answer she said she would email me a "refund request" form. After I got the link, I clicked on it and found that it required an "order number" that was supposed to have been included in the email. It wasn't there, and I couldn't continue with the refund request. All I want is my money back for two completely useless expenditures. I had to pay $25 twice - one for me and one for my ex-wife - before I could electronically file our Colorado returns. When the electronic filings were rejected, I tried to get the $50 I had paid, to no avail, to Intuit, and it has been a complete nightmare. I've been a TurboTax customer for years, and I have never been more disappointed in the company.
