I had my CarMax auto finance account linked in Mint for years. Then I noticed it has not updated in the last 2 months and is showing as inactive in my Mint account. I tried to update it and it asks to send a security code to my phone number via text or call. No matter which option I choose, I get a phone call. It says it’s Microsoft account authentication and says to complete my sign in to press the # key. I do that and it says it’s successful and then hangs up. But the prompt within mint is looking for a code which I cannot get. I can sign into my CarMax account directly and get the security code I need with no issues. Is this a glitch in mint?

Original issue still exists.
Same issue. Tried over the last 6 months or so to fix. No luck.
Same problem with CarMax. Seems like a popular loan account that Mint does NOT support.
Similar issue here. Went to add a new CarMax loan. I'm able to link to my overall CarMax account, but it's empty. No loan account is brought in. Been maintaining the balance manually for now.
Same issues.
