Will the interest on my education loan taken from an Indian bank for my Masters degree in US qualify for a tax deduction? If so what documentation is essential ?

I am a H1b holder since Oct 2017 who was employed on F1 OPT from March 2016 to September 2017. I got married on Jan 1,2017 and my wife is on H4.
