No not if employer is reimbursing it as you enter a deduction and then have to reduce it by amount reimbursed.

Where do I reduce the deduction?

If it was entered as an Education Deduction/Credit area, towards the end it will ask how much if any was reimbursed, and then when entered, you would end up with no Deduction or Credit.
