IF I RECEIVED A STUDENT LOAN IN 2016, BUT HAVEN'T HAD TO PAY ANYTHING BACK YET BECAUSE I'M STILL IN SCHOOL, DO I FILE IT ON MY TAXES?

No. You do not enter anything about your student loan until you make payments on the loan. Then you will be able to claim the interest paid on the loan. The interest paid will be reported on a 1098E.
