where to enter Massachusetts Tax Credit for 529 account in Turbo Tax Premier

I have contributed to Massachusetts 529 plan but not seeing option to get credit in Massachusetts tax return in Turbo tax Premier.

I'm not specifically familiar with your state software. The following is a "generic" answer.

There is no federal deduction for making a contribution to a 529 plan. Some states allow a deduction on the state return. If your state is one, it will come up in the state interview; usually in the "Here's how (your state) handles income differently" section.

Follow these steps:

1. Open MA program
2. Select Adjustments - additions and deductions section
3. Continue until you reach Education Expenses
4. Select contributed to college savings plan established by Mass
5. Continue
6. Enter your contribution
7. Continue
