Need help uploading my 1098 T form

Follow the instructions to enter your 1098-T:

1) From Deductions & Credits

2) Move down to Education and under Expenses and Scholarships (form 1098-T) hit Update

3) From the page that says Now Let's Gather The Additional Education Expenses

4) Hit Continue. You will need to continue through several screens until you get to the   

    screen that says Your Education Expenses Summary 

5) click Edit

6) At Here's Your Education Summary you can Edit, Delete or Add New School

I am having the same issue. It never gives me the option to enter the information of my 1098T (box 1)  it only allows me to input expenses for books, materials etc but the tuition and enrollment fees states 0 and that is not what is shown on my 1098-T. It never asked me do you have a 1098-T and never gave me the option to input that is on the 1098.

You will have to fully complete the instructions by filling everything as instructed. Turbo Tax will then ask you whether you receive a 1098 T from the college you indicated previously. You then be able to complete all the necessary information in 1098 T.
