This answer just puts you on a perpetual loop and the same error.
How do you delete the form? The form is not listed under forms to actually delete it.
Also, if you take it out of there, you don't get the proper credit when it calculates Federal.
You cannot get to the actual form to do this. The person over the form tried this as well.
You don't want to delete the federal, just the state form.

Line 7 is the one causing so much trouble as it will not allow you to enter an amount if your income is too high. If your income is eligible, enter the amount, up to $5,000, of your qualified loan. If your income is too high, delete the state form as explained above.

From my understanding, my spouse can't claim this credit (his income too high) but I can. It glitches because of his column line 7. I get stuck in the never ending loop. Married couples can claim $1000 ($500 each). What is the solution to this?
