I fixed the student loan error that you listed above and am ready to efile like the others below. It is saying that I cannot efile my state return, can you help me also with this?
@brest1 Once your income is too high for the credit, the program fails during the review without letting you know the reason. Delete the M1SLC in order to file your return.
Here is the form.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!
@bkhilb I am sure it is the income. Please delete the form following my advice from a little while ago right above this post.
thank you!
Thanks for the answer... resolved with deleting the form under "tools"
Thank you! I've been working on this for days and have spent hours on hold, got disconnected four times before finally finding this post. Deleting the form did the trick instantly. Hoping that TurboTax Support sees this post and is able to help others instead of spending so much time spinning wheels! I appreciate it!

PLEASE HELP WITH THIS!!!
My Minnesota State return will not exept my student loan payment. When I try to enter the fields in the error message, it deletes the entry.
Disregard. Followed steps in previous messages and it worked. Thanks! @AmyC
I have gone through the entire tax return and could not locate how to correct this. I put a dollar amount of $5000 on line but it still doesn't work.
Please tell me where on MN return this can be corrected. I have looked and cannot see where the mistake is.

The final answer to this riddle was the best. When your income is too large, simply delete the form. Should this not be a fix Turbo Tax should go after? Thanks. Love the software however occasionally these really trip us up and can take sometimes hours to get a resolution. Thanks to the forum in addressing this as I thing it would have cost me many hours to resolve if someone else hadn't had the same problem. Thanks for listening.
