how to amend 2018 return to claim tuition and fees deduction using turbo tax premier

Does anyone know how to amend 2018 return to claim tuition and fees deduction using turbo tax premier ?

I installed "w_turbotax_1040_prm_amd_2018.120.0100" & intend to amend my 2018 return for the tuition and fees deduction that was extended by Congress in Dec. 2019. Somehow this version of  turbotax says "tuition and fees deduction is unavailable" still.  Please help if you can, Appreciate it.

We expect to have the updates from the December 2019 Tax Extender legislation incorporated into the 2018 software by mid-March.   

You can sign up HERE to be notified when those updates are complete.

Received email from customer solution that the updates are available, but did not say where to download.

Can you provide a link where to download ? Do I install these updates on top of my original 2018 turbo tax ?

If you have 2018 TurboTax already installed on your computer, open the program and select "check for updates" from the Online menu across the top.  

Once the program has updated, close the program and re-start it to apply updates.
