Dual-enrollment costs

My dependent son is a high-school (homeschooled) senior, and he took 2 dual-enrollment online courses 1 from each of two university's. I paid the cost of the courses. He was sent a 1098-T that shows the tuition amount in Box 1. He is full time High school but not college do I check box full time??

Dual-enrollment costs

Yes, your son meets the requirements as a full time student to be claimed as your dependent, and also as a "at least half-time" student for the education credits. 

A word of advice, the American Opportunity Tax Credit may only be used 4 times for this student. If you anticipate four MORE years of education expenses, plan wisely when deciding on which credit to take if more than one is available, or to save it for a future year.
