Debt and student loans

For your student loan, the U.S. Department of Education has automatically placed borrowers in an "administrative forbearance" which allows you to temporarily stop making your monthly loan payment from March 13, 2020 until September 30, 2020.  See the details on the suspension of student loan payments, including Q&A, at this this link

For the credit card debt, contact your credit card company or sign in to your online credit card company account for information on assistance available from them.
