1098T - College Grad / Married?

Daughter graduated college and married a few months later in 2018. Can I still claim 1098T as a tuition expense?

You can only claim the Education Expenses if you can claim your daughter as a dependent. To be claimed as a dependent, she must not file a joint tax return with her husband (unless that joint tax return is filed for the sole purpose of obtaining a refund of taxes withheld). If she was 24 or over, she could not have income of $4050 or more, and you would have to have provided more than half her support for the year.

If she was 23 or younger and a full-time student, she would have to have lived with you for more than half the year.
