There is a new question on our state form "529 Qualified Tuition Program or 529A ABLE Account" and the question asks, "Do you have a Family Edituation Savings Account (529) or an Achieve A Better Life Experience Account (529A)?"
WE DO have a 529 plan for my son, who is still in elementary school. But we currently are not contributing.
If we say yes in Turbo Tax to the above question, we are then asked to enter the type of plan or "no deposit", andn then there is routing & account numbers and deposit amounts.
What is the best to complete this section? Answer yes and click "no deposit" or do something else? Please advise.
Thank you.

What state?
Are they just asking you if you want (part of) your refund directed to your 529 account?
It is for the state of Montana.
And yes, it's for directing a portion of our refund toward the 529. I guess the "no deposit" radial buttons mean the same thing as "I do not wish to contribute at this time"? It's not really clear.
Thanks
