Program Updates

So does anyone know if the other programs (TaxCut, H&R block, etc.), let users know what's in their updates?  Maybe on this forum we can start giving out info and comparing others against Turbotax competitors since they're not listening to us anyway.

I too have run into the same problem - after filing my federal return.  I am shocked and disappointed in Intuit.  I've used Turbotax since 1999 (yes, 20 years), and now I am questioning the accuracy of the program.  I will rethink my purchase next year.  I don't understand why the broken links still exist, and why the program and tax updates are not shared - I don't buy that it's a competitive disadvantage, that sounds like a lame excuse.
