Am I able to claim either the interest or any of it since I have paid into it for 2024?

Yes, as long as the loan was taken to pay for education expenses and not held by a relative or employer.
But turbo tax says if the 1098 e doesn’t have my name on it I can’t. When I called the loan they said that’s just how they do it even though both our names out on the loan.
If both of your names are on the loan, then you can claim the interest. The form does not matter as much as the loan. You may be able to go onto the bank website and see a form with your name.
