I eFiled my 2024 Ohio Income tax, along with my SD100 School District Tax. According to the TurboTax installed program, the Ohio IT-1040 and SD100 forms were accepted. But, in the PDF file, it indicates that the SD100 was not eFiled. Which is correct? I also checked on the Ohio income tax website, and it shows as received there. So it seems like the PDF is incorrect. But, I don't want to get a huge tax bill a few years from now saying they never received the tax forms.

You don't say where in "the PDF" it says that.
Usually the School District Income Tax (SDIT) return is e-filed with the state return, but there are exceptions. Read the Ohio 'filing instructions" that TurboTax prepares, They will tell you if the SD100 was e-filed or if you have to mail it.
If that says it wasn't filed. I'd go by what the ODT web site says. You won't get a bill if you paid the right amount. Did you owe, getting a refund or came out even? How they process that may be the real answer.
The PDF area that the message was displayed is the section before the Ohio forms. The heading is "Electronic Filing Instructions for your 2024 Ohio Tax Return", sub-section "Other Forms to Mail". I am owed a refund, so I guess if that shows up in my bank account (direct deposit selected), I know it was truly accepted and processed.
