Hello,
I have already filed my 2019 taxes, but I recieved an email that says that I recieved a new adjusted 1098-T form.
I have the adjusted 1098-T form as well as one from 2018 that they didn't send last year. I need to amend this. What do I do?

Are you sure you need to amend? What changed? Generally, the 1098-T is only any informational document.
You claim the tuition credit, or report scholarship income, based on your own financial records, not the 1098-T.
That said,
How to amend: https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1894381-how-to-amend-change-or-correct-a-return-you-already-filed
The boxes that had money values in them were way different. So I assume it would need amended?
If you used the original 1098-T to file your return and the new 1098-T has values that match your financial records, then it is a good idea to amend. Here's how:
Three weeks after mailing your amended return, you can start tracking it at the IRS Where's My Amended Return? tracking tool. Please allow at least 16 weeks for the IRS to process your amended return.
Processing times for amended state returns vary from state to state. If it's been more than 12 weeks since you mailed your amended state return, and you haven't heard anything, we suggest you contact your state tax agency.
