My daughter recieved a 1098-T from the university she attended. She also recieved a 1098-T, from an tuition insurance refund plan. How to do i enter the second form?

My daughter recieved a 1098-T form from Southwestern university we're she attended. The form included data in Box 2, Box 5 and box 8 is checked. In addtion, she recieved a 1098-T form from Atlantic SpecialityInsurance Company. This second 1098-T is a Tuition Refund payment, with data in Box 10.  The refund was for the Spring 2017 semester due to a medical withdrawal. How do i account for the second 1098-T form.  Do I add it as another school????

The easiest way is to enter the 1098-T from the school and include the amount from the second 1098-T as well. In your case, you will include Box 10 on the 1098-T screen, along with the other information reported by the school.
