Manually import 1099r

I need to manually type in a few 1099Rs.  When I go to the import section and click on Type In Myself.   Nothing happens and won't bring me to a scree to type them in?

You should have four boxes after you select [Type it Myself]

1. The most common selection is the top-right Financial institution or other provider.
2. [Continue]
3. Complete posting of the 1099-R from here.
