On the 1040, if there is a lifelong credit where will it should up, which line and which schedule/form?

lifelong credit

It's calculated on form 8863 and then goes to line 3 of Schedule 3. On schedule 3, it's added to other credits and the total credits go to line 13b of form 1040.
